All grant recipients are required to provide feedback
to the Trust.
The following points provide details of the requirements
all grant recipients are expected to fulfil:
- You will acknowledge the grant in your annual accounts and report.

- You will acknowledge the grant in other appropriate places,
for example in all printed materials that you produce about the project.

- At specified intervals, you will complete a feedback
report telling us how your work is progressing.
- In addition to the feedback report, you will submit detailed
financial records outlining how the grant has been spent.
- You will acknowledge the receipt of the grant in your annual
accounts and report for the year(s) in which you receive the grant.
- We encourage collaboration and dissemination of results. Therefore,
we may ask you to speak with other of our grantees to share information
on your project, process, and results. We may also from time to time
arrange meetings of grantees to share lessons learnt.
Visits to your project
We visit some organisations and projects that we fund to find
out how the work is going, what is being achieved and any lessons
that
can
be disseminated to other grantees or to a wider field. We will
contact you
if we would like to visit.
